The perpetual friendly requests have transformed my advice into a quest.
And then into coaching skills for individuals and SMEs going global. TP Talks was born.
Then the questions became more professional:
How to accompany with accuracy the personal and professional change?
How to assist the growth of an international SME with the best talents?
How to find THE best fit between candidates and managers?
These 3 questions are at the heart of my job and passion as a recruiter, trainer, and certified coach. Starting from a modest family restaurant, bypassing Nippon - a Japanese transport company, multinational companies like Rockwell, Manpower to unemployment in France and finishing in a French pharmaceutical.

The recipe?
1. Listen using my HR expertise and acquired detailed knowledge in management specificities made in the USA, South America, France, and Europe.
2. Add a language: Slovene, English, French, Spanish…a dash of German.
3. Simmer with cultural agility. Identify THE practices in terms of suitable recruitment, job fit, and intercultural management.
4. Top it off with good old common sense!
Since adolescence, my life path has been a multicultural and professional blob!
